How to make a Reservation

Reservations should be made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.

Reservations can be made by contacting the chauffeur department via the company’s phone line or by booking online through our website.

Customers are required to provide their name, contact, pick up and drop off address..

Drivers are expected to arrive at the agreed location thirty (30) minutes before the scheduled reservation time.

In the event of delay, drivers must communicate the situation to both the company and the client.

If your plans change and you need to modify your reservation with Elites Chauffeur, please contact our chauffeur department as soon as possible. You can reach us by calling the company’s line provided during the reservation process. Our team will assist you in making the necessary modifications to accommodate your updated schedule, subject to availability.

How to make Payment

The accepted forms of payment for rental cars with Elites Chauffeur include bank transfers only. Please ensure to provide valid payment information during the reservation process to confirm your booking.

We currently only accept direct bank transfers for car rentals.

No, a credit card is not required to rent a car with Elites Chauffeur. We accept bank transfers as an the only form of payment for your convenience.

No, there is no deposit required to rent a car with Elites Chauffeur.

No, there is no cash payment when paying for a car rental service with Elites Chauffeur. We facilitate rentals through direct bank transfers into the conpany’s account, eliminating the need for a cash deposit.

Payment for your rental car with Elites Chauffeur is due upon completion of the reservation process, which includes providing valid payment information and confirming your booking. We accept payment via direct bank transfer.

Refund Policy

Frequently asked questions related to our refund poilicy.

There is no option for refund once the vehicle has departed from the office upon scheduled reservations. You can only request for refund before the pick up date.

Refunds are processed within seven (7) working days upon request.

Yes, you can receive a refund if you cancel the rental car early with Elites Chauffeur. If you decide to cancel your reservation before the scheduled completion time, please inform us as soon as possible.

Each reservation is tied to the individual who made the booking and provided the necessary credentials during the reservation process. If you are unable to use your reservation, we recommend canceling it according to our cancellation policy and making a new reservation in the name of the person who will be using the rental car.

The process for requesting a rental car refund with Elites Chauffeur involves contacting our customer service department and submitting a refund request. Please note that refunds are not available once the vehicle has departed from the office upon scheduled reservations. However, if you believe you are eligible for a refund due to exceptional circumstances, please reach out to us, and we will review your request accordingly. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within seven (7) working days upon request.

Working Hours and Precautions

The service duration is ten (10) hours with an additional two (2) hours bonus.

The client’s time starts immediately upon schedule and ends after the completion of twelve (12) hours.

Drivers are required to ensure the safety of the clients and contact the company immediately for assistance.

Disciplinary actions will be taken by the company, which may include termination of employment.
